Terms & Conditions Including Privacy


  1. The term ‘Executive Chauffeur North West’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website.  The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the user or viewer of our website and services.

  2. By continuing to use our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  3. The content within the pages of this website is for your general information and is subject to change without notice.

  4. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products or services meet your specific requirements.

  5. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

  6. From time to time this website may also include links to other websites.  These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information.  They do not signify that we endorse these website(s).  We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).


  1. Whilst we plan and will always do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control.

  2. Our Chauffeurs will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless requested to  do otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is abusive or whose behaviour poses a threat to either the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).

  4. We maintain a strict non-smoking policy in all vehicle as required by Law.

  5. Executive Chauffeur North West do not take bookings for Christmas Day. On Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, there will be a 30% surcharge on all bookings.

Bookings & Payments

  1. We aim to provide timely, accurate and completive quotes.  Unless otherwise stated, the price quoted includes any planned tolls, Airport parking charges and congestion fees (if applicable).

  2. Unless otherwise stated, Quotes are valid for 7 days.  After this period prices may change due to fluctuating fuel costs and overheads.

  3. To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your booking or £50.00 (whichever is greater).  Bookings cannot be confirmed until this payment has been received.  If you pay the full amount when booking, 20% or £50.00 (whichever is greater) will be classed as the deposit in the event that you decide to cancel your booking (see below). 

  4. The remaining balance is required to be paid 28 days prior to the date of your journey.  For any booking that consists of 2 or more journeys on different dates, the remaining balance is required to be paid 28 days prior to the date of the first journey. 

  5. Payments can be made by bank transfer or by debit / credit card.  If paying by debit / credit card, we will send you a ‘Pay by link’ (via WhatsApp, Text or Email) which you can then pay at your convenience. 

  6. Waiting time if included in your booking will be stated in your booking confirmation (ie 1 hour for an Airport Arrival).  In the event that you are significantly delayed, your vehicle/driver may not be able to wait dependant on other commitments / bookings.  If you are delayed, please contact your driver on the number provided once your plane has landed.

  7. It is the clients responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct.  Clients must check any booking confirmation details and highlight any errors at the earliest opportunity.  All times will UK time and will be given in the 24-hour format unless otherwise stated.

Cancelations & Refunds

  1. We understand that things change and where possible we will always attempt to accommodate your circumstances by moving the booking to alternate time or date if availability exists.

  2. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer more than 28 days prior to the hire commencing, the deposit will be non-refundable, but can be transferred to alternate date. (see note 1).

  3. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer less than 28 days prior to the hire commencing, the deposit will be non-refundable. (see note 1).

  4. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 72 hours prior to the hire commencing, a 50% credit of the balance (after any expenses) will be offered.  This credit will be valid for 1 year from date of cancelation.

  5. If the customer cancels within 24 hours of the booking all payments will be non-refundable.

  6. If the customer fails to be available for pick-up at the time and place requested, and the customer cannot be contacted, all payments will be non-refundable.

  7. Any credit issued following a cancelation will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.

Business Accounts

  1. Invoices — All invoices are to be paid to Executive Chauffeur North West within 28 days of the date of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  2. Monthly payment — On approval, business account customers can pay monthly. We will provide a detailed invoice at the end of each month. This will include a breakdown of all journeys, charges and any cancellation fees incurred during the preceding month


  1. Executive Chauffeur North West from time to time may provide promotional rewards.  We reserve the right to remove any promotion if fraud is suspected.


  1. The pages on this website are published by Executive Chauffer North West Ltd.

  2. We will not collect any information about individuals, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by them.

  3. When you visit our website, our web server collects some basic information such as your ISP, which pages you accessed on our site, and when.

  4. We use this information to analyse the use of our website to help guide improvements.  We do not collect any personally identifiable information.

  5. We are required by our Licensing Authority ‘Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council’ (SMBC) to record some basic details for all bookings undertaken by Executive Chauffeur North West.  These details are required to be retained for a period of at least 6 months and will generally include but not be limited to name, pick up address, destination address and basic contact details.  This is to allow SMBC to easily identify a booking and/or passenger.  When SMBC request to see the information we hold, this will either be in person or via an encrypted email.

  6. We will not pass any of your information to any other 3rd party.


  1. This site uses cookies as do most websites.  The purpose of Cookies is to enable a greater user experience.  

  2. Cookies are text files with small pieces of data that are used to identify your computer as you use a computer network. Specific cookies known as HTTP cookies are used to identify specific users and improve your web browsing experience.

  3. Data stored in a cookie is created by the server upon your connection.  This data is labelled with an ID unique to you and your computer.

  4. When the cookie is exchanged between your computer and the network server, the server reads the ID and knows what information to specifically serve to you.

Google Analytics

  1. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google.  Google Analytics uses cookies to help the website operators analyse how users use the site.  

  2. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.  Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.  Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
